It is our endeavor to provide you with the best customer service possible. All available garments on our website are handcrafted with hand embroidery and handmade laces, and each piece is created based on your order.
We have a policy of 2 days for size exchanges on standard sizes and no exchanges on customized orders. Exchanges on standard sizes are permitted only within 2 business days of receiving the parcel.
Our Customer Care unit (customercare@rakhipeethamber.com) must be informed via email if you would like to exchange the garment. If we are not informed within 2 business days, the merchandise is considered sold for good.
Please use the pre-addressed label included in your parcel to return the merchandise. Garments returned for exchange must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags and labels attached.
Rakhis Fashions reserves the right to accept or reject a return after performing a quality check on the garments within 7 business days of receiving the returned items.
If the exchange is accepted, the desired new size will be shipped to you within the time indicated in our email correspondence. In case of Limited Edition garments, we shall provide you with an exchange coupon code to redeem within one month. Our aim is to ensure speedy assistance at all times.
Once an order is placed, there is no provision to cancel it. Please ensure you check your order details prior to confirming it. Rakhis Fashions reserves the right to cancel an order due to an error on the Site or a stock issue.
In such circumstances, the customer will be informed by email prior to the initiation of the cancellation process.
